Help with Glance App for iOS

If you are reporting a problem, please include your app version, iOS version, the affected tile, and a brief description of what happened.

A tile is missing data or looks out of date

Glance App displays public data from the Hong Kong Government and other providers, including public transport operators. Updates depend on the availability and timing of those sources.

Check your internet connection and try opening the app again. If the problem continues, email us with the affected tile and the approximate time you noticed it.

Location-based features

To review location permission, open your device's Settings, then Privacy & Security > Location Services > Glance App. You can change this permission at any time.
